POP UP PARTY FAQ's
COVID UPDATE: EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 24, 2020 - WE WILL NO LONGER SET UP PARTIES INDOORS.
We can only service outdoor or garage parties at this time. We are UNABLE to set up indoor parties due to the surge of COVID.
We will always wear a mask when communicating with you and we kindly ask that you do the same.
Please have all items packed, stored in your garage and ready for pick up the Sunday or Monday after your event.
Deposit: A standard non-refundable RETAINER IN THE AMOUNT of $100 is due in order to reserve your event.
FINAL COUNTS: FINAL RSVP COUNTS ARE DUE 5-7 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT. YOU WILL BE INVOICED BASED ON YOUR FINAL COUNT.
Travel Fee: The following mileage fee applies:
00-20 miles from zip code 77373 -$35
21-30 miles from zip code 77373 - $40
31-40 miles from zip code 77373 - $45
41-50 miles from zip code 77373 - $55
51-60 miles from zip code 77373 - $65
Final Payment: INVOICES with payment links ARE E-MAILED OUT THE WEEK OF YOuR EVENT AFTER YOUR FINAL COUNT IS CONFIRMED. aLL INVOICES MUST BE PAID THE THURSDAY PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR EVENT IF THE INVOICE IS NOT PAID 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT SET UP TIME. PLEASE NOTe THAT YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT IF WE CANCEL YOUR EVENT dUE TO NON-PAYMENT OF THE FINAL INVOICE IN A TIMELY MANNER. We do not take cash app, zelle, paypal, or checks for final payments. please pay online via the link.
Upstairs Parties: We are unable to carry our heavy items and totes to a second level. Parties must be held on the first floor.
Cancellations and Refunds: If you must cancel your party for any reason, the following refund policy applies:
We will be unable to refund your deposit UNDER ANY CIRCUmSTANCE.
2. PAYMENT IN FULL IS DUE FOR EVENTS CANCELLED LESS THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT.
Set Up and Breakdown Times: SET UP CAN OCCUR ANYWHERE FROM ONE DAY to TWO HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT DEPENDING ON OUR SCHEDULE. IF YOu NEED A SPECIFIC SET UP TIME, PLEASE LET US KNOW PRIOR TO RESERVING YOuR EVENT.
